CPQ cost: what is published, what is not, and how to model the rest
Licence prices are published by two vendors — Salesforce ($150–$200 per user per month for Revenue Cloud) and Kugamon ($65–$125). Conga, DealHub and Nue quote every deal. Implementation is published by one vendor (Kugamon: $25,000–$30,000 fixed); a full rebuild runs 12–18 months in practice and points to partners. These pages put the published numbers side by side and label everything else an estimate.

Three-year cost, five platforms, one chart
The rule this cluster follows
A published figure is stated with its source. An unpublished figure is called “not published” — never replaced with a third-party listing or a guess presented as fact. Where the calculator needs a number to draw a chart, it uses a labelled estimate and every chart hatches those segments. Full method: how we source claims.
Published: Salesforce Revenue Cloud $150 (Growth) or $200 (Advanced) per user per month (Salesforce); Kugamon $65 (CPQ), $95 (Quote to Cash or Subscription Management), $125 (Subscription Billing) (AppExchange). Not published: Conga CPQ, DealHub, Nue. Salesforce CPQ is no longer sold new.
Licence plus implementation plus admin plus integration upkeep over three years. At 50 users, published prices put Kugamon at about $158,500 and Revenue Cloud Advanced at about $840,000 including estimated implementation and admin (TCO guide).
