Salesforce CPQ alternatives: every option after end of sale

Salesforce stopped selling CPQ to new customers in March 2025; existing customers can stay. If you move, there are five real alternatives: Revenue Cloud Advanced (Salesforce’s successor, $150–$200 per user per month), Kugamon (Salesforce-native, $65–$125, published), Conga CPQ, DealHub, and Nue (none publish pricing). Only the first two keep every revenue object in your org with a current roadmap.

The decision, as a tree

Where should quote data live after CPQ?Figure 1. The first question settles most of it. Conga is omitted from the tree because it is a lateral move (managed packages, own pricing objects) rather than a distinct architecture. Why staying is on the list

Because Salesforce says it is legitimate. CPQ is end of sale, not end of life; existing customers can renew, add users and receive support, and there is no forced migration (Salesforce). The reasons to move are practical — no new features, online documentation retired in July 2026 (KB 005388761) — not contractual. Every renewal is a decision, and this page exists so it is an informed one.

For teams that want Salesforce’s own roadmap: Revenue Cloud Advanced ($150–$200/user/month, published; 12–18 month rebuild in practice). For teams that want standard Products and Price Books, admin ownership and a published price: Kugamon ($65–$125, AppExchange; 4–8 weeks). DealHub and Nue are options if you accept an external system of record.

No. Salesforce says there is no forced migration. Existing customers can renew, add users and receive support; no end-of-life date has been announced (Salesforce). See end of sale vs end of life.

No. It is a separate product with a different data model. Salesforce says CPQ objects, rules and scripts do not map directly and that a full rebuild runs 12–18 months in practice (source). Side by side: Salesforce CPQ vs Revenue Cloud Advanced.

Two: Salesforce (Revenue Cloud, $150 Growth / $200 Advanced per user per month, pricing page) and Kugamon ($65 CPQ, $95 Quote to Cash or Subscription Management, $125 Subscription Billing, AppExchange). Conga, DealHub and Nue quote each deal.
