2026-09-16 — Revenue Cloud Advanced timeline restated as 12–18 months in practice
- Every page that gave a Revenue Cloud Advanced migration length now says 12–18 months in practice for a full rebuild, the figure in Kugamon’s implementation records. Salesforce’s own 3–6 month figure is quoted only where its end-of-sale FAQ is discussed directly, labelled as a vendor best case.
- Removed every statement that Salesforce recommends a certified partner for Revenue Cloud Advanced; the partner accelerators are still listed as tools.
- ROI calculator time-to-value row, pricing.md, llms.txt and the chatbot knowledge base updated to match.
2026-09-15 — Site rebuilt on a single design system; expanded to 63 pages
- New information architecture: six clusters (Migrate, Compare, Cost, Reference, Tools, Answers), a mega-menu, hub pages and a five-column sitemap footer. URLs unchanged; no redirects needed.
- New pages: Revenue Cloud Advanced data model, Salesforce CPQ data model, CPQ glossary, Conga CPQ and DealHub explainers, Salesforce CPQ FAQ, migration timeline, risks, parallel run, team, quote data migration, Conga vs DealHub, Nue vs Salesforce CPQ, alternatives pages, comparison matrix, Conga and DealHub pricing, CPQ TCO, migration readiness check, object mapper, methodology and this changelog.
- Every comparison and cost page now carries hand-built SVG figures (org boundaries, object maps, phase strips, cost bars with hatched estimates, decision trees, timelines) using the Kugamon palette.
- Revenue Cloud Advanced object names verified against the Revenue Management Developer Guide (Transaction Management, Product Catalog Management, Salesforce Pricing sections).
- Removed the “Updated” date from page heroes; the footer keeps the last-updated date and JSON-LD keeps dateModified.
2026-09-11 — Fact refresh against Salesforce’s July 2026 end-of-sale article
- Salesforce CPQ described everywhere as end of sale (March 2025), not end of life; no end-of-life date; no forced migration.
- Removed “9–12 month” and “12–18 month rebuild” timeline claims; Revenue Cloud Advanced migration now cited as 12–18 months in practice.
- Revenue Cloud Advanced pricing stated as $150 (Growth) and $200 (Advanced) per user per month from Salesforce’s pricing page.
- Kugamon pricing aligned to the AppExchange listing: $65 / $95 / $95 / $125 per user per month; implementation $30K (one-year) or $25K (multi-year).
- Unpublished competitor prices removed; Conga, DealHub and Nue now shown as “not published”.
- Chatbot knowledge base, llms.txt, pricing.md and JSON-LD updated to match.
2026-09-10 — Guides expansion: 11 to 35 pages
- Added 24 guide pages across migration, comparison, cost and reference topics, generated from a single source of truth so shared facts stay consistent.
- Added sitemap, llms.txt and chatbot knowledge-base wiring for all pages; IndexNow submission on every deploy.
2026-09-08 — Three dedicated comparison pages
- Salesforce CPQ vs Revenue Cloud Advanced, Conga CPQ vs Salesforce CPQ, DealHub vs Salesforce CPQ, each with an answer block matching the query language.
