Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced pricing: tiers, add-ons, and the lines Salesforce does not publish

Salesforce publishes two Revenue Cloud editions: Growth at $150 per user per month and Advanced at $200, billed annually on an annual contract, as a paid add-on to a Sales Cloud license. Several capabilities are listed as “available for purchase” on top. Implementation is not published; Salesforce estimates a typical migration from CPQ at 3–6 months and points to partners.

What is “available for purchase”

Salesforce’s feature comparison marks some rows as included and others as available for purchase. From the published table:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management — available for purchase with Growth.
  • Dynamic Revenue Orchestration — available for purchase with Advanced.
  • Invoice Management — available for purchase with Advanced.
  • External User Support — available for purchase with Advanced.

Salesforce also lists a separate product, Revenue Cloud Billing, for usage rating, invoicing, payments, and collections, often adopted alongside Revenue Cloud Advanced (Salesforce). Confirm which of these your quote includes; the per-user figure is the floor, not the total.

Support plans

The Standard Success Plan is included. Premier is listed at 30% of net license fees and adds 24/7 support for business-stopping issues; Signature is quoted by the account executive (Salesforce). On $200 per user per month, Premier adds $60 per user per month.

The unpublished line: implementation

Salesforce does not publish an implementation cost for Revenue Cloud Advanced. What is known: a full rebuild runs 12–18 months in practice; there is no first-party migration tool; and partner accelerators from Forsys, IdeaHelix, and Prodly “work best when paired with a certified Salesforce partner” (Salesforce). Our calculator uses a labeled estimate of $300,000 for an SI-led 50-user rebuild plus $60,000 per year of admin; replace those with your partner’s quote when you have one. What the migration involves: CPQ to Revenue Cloud migration.
